Esteh expands service portfolio with National Pension Fund
Belgrade, April 29th 2008 - Esteh is to embark on a new project with the National Pension Fund, namely the implementation of waiting line automation systems and information displays within the premises of the Fund’s Directorate in Belgrade.
The system will consist of embedded boxes with application that controls queuing rotation and a host of screens displaying service information within the Directorate service area. The system is seen as the major improvement in the queue handling process as it will provide balanced load of customers per service line, says Esteh, adding that the project will also benefit from experience gained during the implementation of QMS solutions at Postanska Stedionica bank headquarters and the National Pension Fund’s Belgrade service centre.
National Pension Fund is Serbia’s largest pension scheme provider and the only authorized handler of employment processing services.
