QMS solution in National Pension Fund's Belgrade center went operational

Belgrade, May 25th 2008 - Following the implementation of the Queue Management System (QMS) solution in the National Pension Fund’s Belgrade branch, the system’s live run has resulted in a success story.

Faced with high customer load and service demand, the QMS proved as stable and fast-responsive solution, securing faster customer flows and better utilization of resources.
The QMS system serves 27 counters with tickets being issued at four automated kiosks or at any of 8 information pool counters. The initial live run saw an average of 2,500 tickets being issued on a daily basis while maintaining stability and durability regardless of customer peaks.

Advanced features such as the automated check for tickets being issued or visual calls for customers over displays for services demanding longer waiting times contribute to system’s user-oriented scope.
