Who We Are?
Esteh is Internet project development center located in Belgrade, capital of Serbia, Europe.Esteh is organized in studios that develop projects in key Internet technologies:
· Microsoft
· Java
· PHP
All projects are gathered in Central Studio which performs project management and final deployment with testing and functionality list verification.
Esteh Network studio creates network design plans and builds networks. It, also, performs security testing and consulting and remote network maintenance.
Projects managers are experts in these technologies with more than three years of PM experience.
Esteh projects are developed in several phases:
· Inception - gathering project information and creating initial project documentation
· Elaboration - detailed project documentation: functionality list (Use Cases), dummy web site, complete database model, timeline
· Construction - several builds, version control, testing
· Transition - functionality and performance testing; final deploy at client server with installation documentation
During the Elaboration phase, precise Timeline is defined. Esteh's main goal is to finish project at time.
Esteh and Client define all project Requirements Client must fulfill to help Esteh complete the project as defined in Timeline.
Esteh offers Project documentation templates that cover all Project phases. Documentation is written using Microsoft Word templates or Rational Rose (Functionality list in UML).
Esteh prefers Internet projects that can be finished in 3-4 months.
Esteh offers remote maintenance during Project Production phase.
At Esteh, we have two main ideas: Quality and Speed. All our solutions and projects have both of them - they are above current world's standards and also they are done in very short terms. Short terms of development never affect quality of our work.
