EDI
Electronic Data Interchange
Esteh Edi Gateway takes any type of file, be it EDI, XML, flat file, database - whatever - and links it seamlessly with any other business application. Typically EDI orders are imported into a back office application's Sales Order Processing function, and invoices are exported from the application to Esteh Edi Gateway. In many cases, additional message types are becoming available, with solutions available for many back office systems to integrate credits, order acknowledgements and advanced shipping notes, to name a few.
Esteh Edi Gateway can be configured with a scheduling application to provide a totally automated "front end" transacting messages transparently, providing the user with as much or as little manual intervention as they wish. The net result is to totally eradicate the re-keying data between systems whilst maintaining absolute business control.
Esteh Edi Gateway is completely integrated into existing Esteh mobileOrder solution for Sales Force automation.
